Valledupar to La Guajira’s Most Important Dam. On October 8, 2022, I set out on a route from Valledupar to the Ranchería River Dam, on a journey that combined nature, Vallenato culture, and a bit of off-road adventure. I passed through Parque La Provincia and explored the surroundings of the Guatapurí River before continuing along the roads that would eventually take me into La Guajira.
